Information we collect

• Identity and profile information such as name, date of birth, gender and preferred language.
• Report inputs you choose to provide, including names, contact details, relationship details, business information, numbers or consultation questions.
• Order information such as report type, amount, merchant order number, payment state and delivery time.
• Basic technical information needed for security and operation, such as IP address, browser, device and request logs.

Why we use it

We use this information to calculate results, generate and deliver reports, confirm payments, answer support requests, prevent misuse, improve reliability and meet accounting or legal obligations. Numerology inputs are not used to make automated decisions about employment, credit, insurance or legal rights.

Payments and service providers

PhonePe processes checkout and payment credentials. Destiny Grid does not receive or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or banking password. Supabase provides PostgreSQL data storage, our hosting providers operate the website and API, and Google services may process chatbot text or translation requests. We share only information needed to provide or secure the relevant service.

Analytics and cookies

With your permission, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity help us understand page visits, calculator use, report interest, completed purchases and how visitors move through the website. Clarity may provide heatmaps and privacy-masked session recordings; form inputs and chatbot conversations are masked. These services may use cookies and basic device or browser information. Advertising storage and ad-personalisation signals remain disabled. You may allow or decline analytics when the website asks; declining does not stop the calculators or reports from working.

Optional email guides and offers

If you actively tick the email-consent box, we store your email address, consent wording, source and consent time so we can send free learning guides and occasional report updates. This is separate from order emails. You can withdraw that consent at any time on our unsubscribe page or by emailing hello.destinygrid@gmail.com. We keep an unsubscribe status so we do not add the address back without fresh consent.

Sensitive number reports

Never submit an actual ATM PIN, bank account number, banking password, OTP or full payment-card number. Digit-total tools collect only the total you calculate yourself and the number length. Paid-report input stored with an order is encrypted and scheduled for deletion after 30 days; payment and accounting records may be retained longer where required.

Your choices and rights

You may ask what personal data we hold, request correction or deletion where applicable, withdraw consent for optional processing, or raise a complaint. Email hello.destinygrid@gmail.com with your order number and the request. We may ask for reasonable verification before acting.

Children and security

A parent or lawful guardian should provide information for a child or baby-name report. We use access controls, HTTPS, encryption and limited internal access, but no internet system can guarantee absolute security. We will update this notice when our processing changes materially.
