Information we collect

• Identity and profile information such as name, date of birth, gender and preferred language.
• Report inputs you choose to provide, including names, contact details, relationship details, business information, numbers or consultation questions.
• Order information such as report type, amount, merchant order number, payment state and delivery time.
• Basic technical information needed for security and operation, such as IP address, browser, device and request logs.

Why we use it

We use this information to calculate results, generate and deliver reports, confirm payments, answer support requests, prevent misuse, improve reliability and meet accounting or legal obligations. Numerology inputs are not used to make automated decisions about employment, credit, insurance or legal rights.

Payments and service providers

PhonePe processes checkout and payment credentials. Destiny Grid does not receive or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or banking password. Supabase provides PostgreSQL data storage, our hosting providers operate the website and API, and Google services may process chatbot text or translation requests. We share only information needed to provide or secure the relevant service.

Sensitive number reports

Never submit an actual ATM PIN, banking password, OTP or full payment-card number. Number-optimization tools are for evaluating a proposed number pattern. Paid-report input stored with an order is encrypted and scheduled for deletion after 30 days; payment and accounting records may be retained longer where required.

Your choices and rights

You may ask what personal data we hold, request correction or deletion where applicable, withdraw consent for optional processing, or raise a complaint. Email support@destinygrid.in with your order number and the request. We may ask for reasonable verification before acting.

Children and security

A parent or lawful guardian should provide information for a child or baby-name report. We use access controls, HTTPS, encryption and limited internal access, but no internet system can guarantee absolute security. We will update this notice when our processing changes materially.
